There are currently 427,000 people in the
20 mile radius representing the trade area
of Town Creek Center.
Loudon County experienced a 25.1%
growth in population between 1990 and
2000, and approximately 23.7% between
2000 and 2010.
Loudon County’s trade area includes West
Knox County (Farragut market), Roane
County, Monroe County and portions of
Blount, Anderson, and McMinn counties.
Remarkable boom in high-end residential
communities in Loudon County including
Tellico Village (3,449 homes), Rarity Bay
(1,394 homes), Rarity Pointe (1,200 lots),

future Rarity Landing (1,500 lots).

are under development in Loudon
County and another 1,500 have been
